If you are in a relationship or marriage and feel that you cannot communicate with your partner, that they don't understand you, that they can't take in your love, if you feel negativity and being undervalued at various moments or in various situations, if there are frequent conflicts, if basic boundaries are being violated, or if you both feel your relationship is in crisis, it may be time to seek the help of a specialist.
Within the counselling framework you will reach a state of mutual understanding regarding the current issues you are facing, and you will be able to find new, healthier ways of communicating. Couple Therapy will help you see your relationship from a different perspective, allowing you both to improve how you behave towards your partner.
Often, such a process seems difficult and demanding. However, it proves to be a very effective approach, allowing partners/spouses to perceive, recognise and experience other aspects of their relationship.
Below are some of the situations in which it would be worthwhile to get in touch with us:
Before you separate or end your relationship, ask for our help for your own benefit. The conscious decision to save your relationship is the first big step toward a calmer, more stable future together.
In order to help you when time, distance, or any other issue stands in the way, we offer online sessions via FaceTime, Google Meet, Viber and WhatsApp.
In every case, in-person presence and face-to-face contact cannot be fully replaced by an online session; however, with today's technology, we are able to conduct online sessions that research shows can have very positive outcomes.
Couple Therapy online sessions also take place once a week and last 50 minutes (just like in-person sessions). You can attend your session from the comfort of your own home, provided that you have ensured your privacy and confidentiality.
